Once we ship your order, you will receive tracking information via email.
We also offer free pickup at our location during our opening hours.
- Use the email with which you opened your account and request a new password from the login screen.
- Go to My Account and select "Forgot Password?".
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit".
- You will receive an email shortly after. If you have forgotten your email, you can contact us at info@rainspa.ca to request your username and password. We will send you the information in two separate emails.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a full refund according to the original payment method.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In case of an allergic reaction to one of our products, please inform us within 48 hours.
Products can be returned within 10 working days following the confirmation of the reaction within 30 days of the purchase date.
A photo of the reaction may be required.
Other
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to transfer a credit or spa certificate to your online account. If you wish to use your spa gift card but cannot use it in-store, we suggest placing an order by phone at one of our stores, and they will be able to charge you using your gift card. The store will then send your items directly.
