At Rainspa, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live in Canada. We also offer free local pick up during our business hours.
Calendar: The order delivery schedule is divided into two parts:
- Delay of treatment: verification of orders, preparation and packaging. All orders are processed within 2 days of ordering.
- Delivery time: this is the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our spa to the destination. After the treatment and leaving the spa, the items usually take 2-7 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes can take longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Out of Stock Items: We try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer that we issue a refund.
Cancellations: If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Shipping cost: Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected upon purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
Delivery time exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking Notifications: Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.
Packages damaged in transit: If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the shipping service and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact us at email@example.com for next steps.
Sales tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Assurance: Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier.
Process for packages damaged in transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the claim.
Process for packages lost in transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier investigates and determines that the package was lost.
